Personal registration link and banner

In a separate email, you have received your personal registration page (affiliate link) and banner. If you can't find the registration/affiliate link in your inbox, please email us. You can use your unique page to invite your business relations personally.

  The exhibitor who registers the most people via their personal affiliate link will win a banner promotion on railtech.com for two months. The value of this prize is € 2,550.

SCAM ALERT FOR ALL SPONSORS & EXHIBITORS!
It has been brought to our attention that companies are targeting our exhibitors claiming to be, or working with, our organisation. These companies may even use the RailTech Europe '24 event branding to appear genuine.  

Please beware of companies who may contact you offering to sell an event attendee list, as this will not be accurate information and is a scam.

Our event attendee list is confidential and is not sold to third parties.

We may share your information with third parties where we have a legal duty to do so, or to provide you with a service you have asked for. Please see our terms and conditions and privacy policy for more information.

We advise exhibitors who fall victim to this scam to do the following: 

• Ignore them completely, and not communicate with them in any way. Answering emails simply confirms that you exist and are available at the address/number they have for you, and therefore payment can be pursued.

• Do not pay anything

If you believe you have been subject to any suspicious communications, please forward the details to a member of the RailTech Europe team.
